Lead time and Tracking
Once your payment is received by CONVEY, your order will be processed immediately. Order processing usually takes 3-5 business days to complete and then shipping is scheduled. Please refer to the delivery time information we confirm with you via email before making payment.
For back orders, packages will be shipped when all goods are ready, or arranged for shipment based on specific circumstances communicated with the customer. Once the courier picks up your package, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

If you need to change your order information, order address, or other information related to your order, please contact us with the order number and other identifying information.
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the change will be successful. Therefore, we recommend that you double check your order information before sending your order, at the latest, before the order is shipped.
If the package has already arrived in the destination country, you can try to change the shipping address directly by contacting your local courier or post office.
Note: Additional charges may be incurred for changing the shipping address. All additional costs should be borne by the recipient.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by extreme weather, post office delays, customs clearance, local protests, strikes, epidemics and other force majeure factors. In such cases, CONVEY cannot guarantee 100% on-time delivery, but we will try our best to let you receive your package as soon as possible. Thanks in advance for your understanding and support.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The terminology used for the business with CONVEY's order is EXW. Customer shall be responsible for any fees charged by the destination government or customs, this includes but is not limited to: duties, taxes and any additional fees charged by the courier company. CONVEY will not be responsible for any additional charges after the original package is sent.
Due to the large differences in customs policies from place to place. CONVEY cannot give a standard or estimated cost, therefore, please contact your local customs or the corresponding logistics company for more information.
Also, considering the differences in customs requirements of each country, please provide specific information on customs requirements as needed when placing an order, or at the latest before the order is shipped, and CONVEY will support you as much as possible.
